How to make an appointment
The first step is a free initial phone appointment, often called an assessment. This confidential call gives us the chance to explore your current situation, discuss what you’re looking for in therapy, and answer any questions you may have.
During the assessment, we’ll talk about how therapy could help, and you can decide whether you’d like to move forward with counselling or psychotherapy. If you choose to proceed, we’ll also discuss practical details such as session times, fees, and the overall structure of therapy.
To book your free therapy assessment, please use the contact form below.

What Kind of Guidance Will You Receive?
Counselling is not about giving direct advice. Instead, I will work with you to explore your goals, feelings, and challenges, helping you gain clarity and insight. Together, we focus on what you want to achieve and support you in making positive changes in your life.
Through this process, you’ll develop the tools and confidence to make decisions that align with your values and personal growth. Counselling provides a safe, non-judgmental space for reflection, self-discovery, and transformation.
